Shelf2Table's Freeze Dried Beef Patties - (Raw-Uncooked) contain 2 RAW Quarter Pound 80/20 Ground Beef Burger Patties. After cooking patties, they can be served the way you prefer or chopped and added to your favorite recipes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ingredients: Beef 80/20 (RAW/Uncooked)
Pre-Freeze Dried Weight: 8 oz per package. (Qty. 2 - 4 oz. RAW burgers)
Net Weight: 3.25 oz. (2 raw burgers)
Directions: Discard Oxygen Absorber. This freeze dried product is raw and does require cooking after rehydrating. Soak in salted cool water for at least 10-15 minutes or until patties are moistened and fully reconstituted. Handle patties with care as they may break easily. If there are any hard spots, soak an additional 5-10 minutes. Cook to achieve a minimum of 160 F internal temperature.

Nice thick mylar bags with a light vacuum! Great price point for what you get! Haven't try the patties but did try the chili. As good as my homemade if not better granddaughter thought so too! Will be ordering and trying more meals.
