Freeze Dried Ham and Bean Soup
Ingredients: PEA BEANS, SMOKED PORK WITH NATURAL JUICES (PORK, WATER, SALT, CORN SUGAR, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM ASCORBATE, SODIUM NITRITE), POTATOES, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, TOMATO PUREE (WATER, TOMATO PASTE), CARROTS, BACON (CURED WITH WATER, SALT, SUGAR, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM ERYTHORBATE, SODIUM NITRITE), CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF: SALT, CELERY, YEAST EXTRACT, ONIONS**, SUGAR, DISODIUM INOSINATE, DISODIUM GUANYLATE, SPICES, GARLIC**, CARAMEL COLOR. **DRIED
Directions: Discard Oxygen Absorber. Add 1. 1/2 cup hot water, stir, cover for 15-20 min. Pre-Freeze Dried Weight: 16 oz. (2 cups). Net Weight 3.7 oz.
*Shelf life up to 20 years when unopened and stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, at temperatures between 55°F and 72°F.
*Packaged in 7 mil mylar bags with oxygen absorber for long term food storage.

This was more tasty that I expected. Satisfying meal. I let it sit about 20min to make sure the beans were nice and soft... Easy to prepare. Ate right out of the mylar bag!

Very easy as all the stuff is here but this is great for camping. Hike to your location, get a fire boil water soup , so satisfying on fall hikes . But you can't really go wrong with anything here .
