Directions
Discard oxygen absorber. Add hot water to cover strips, let sit for 10–15 minutes until fully rehydrated. Drain any excess water and serve in your favorite fajita recipe!

I just opened my pack of Chicken Fajita strips, first thing I noticed was the nice fajita aroma. I put some of in hot water and in about 2 minutes or so tried it, wow was I surprised. The taste and texture were very good, not quite as flavorful as a good Mexican restaurant but surprisingly good. Another thing I noticed was the quantity, more than enough to easily satisfy 2 people. I purchased these and a number of other items to see if would work for my preps that I'm building. I liked the fact that they sell more than just your standard freeze dried white chicken breast or beef. The product came in a timely manner, well packed with a nice note thanking me for the purchase and they gave me some free product. One thing to note is the all the product is packed in high quality 7 mill resealable mylar bags. I have tried a few items and will say all of high quality and well worth the price charged in my humble opinion. Yes I'm going to buy more.

I incorporated this chicken into a backcountry camping meal this fall. It was probably a bit generous of a portion for 2 people, but we didn’t complain! It has a great aroma right out of the package and it reconstituted nicely with a packet of flavored beans and rice into a really delicious meal.

My husband and I are avid backpackers, a last minute trip had me scrambling to dehydrate meals in a week. I was looking for some dairy a meat options that were freeze dried to add to our home dehydrated vegetables/ sauces/ etc. This chicken was a GAME changer for my “fajita bowls” that we do as a backpacking meal. With the addition of dehydrated salsa, beans, corn, rice and topped with some avocado (first day of the trip), it was like being in a hornet kitchen!! This chicken tastes like it was just marinated and grilled! Game changer! Walk, don’t run to buy this chicken for your next adventure!
