Texture of the corn tortilla was extremely tough and somewhat hard to chew. Flavors were good but I'll pass on this one going forward. Perhaps try this one steamed as directions say is possible vs just eating right out of the pouch like I did. Still have it 4 stars because the freeze dry work and packaging were spot on as always.
