One of the few companies that offer freeze dried eggs versus powdered there is a difference in the longevity of storage. This companies packaging is the best that I have seen high-grade thick Mylar oxygen absorbers that you can tell is done properly very good seal on the Mylar bags. You will not be disappointed with the product you receive.
