All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If your item(s) are listed as available on the website; we will have it in our inventory and ready to be shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders, shipping carrier delays, fuel or supply chain issues, extreme weather, or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Flat Rate Shipping on ALL orders.
We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping inside the contiguous continental United States only.
(Sorry, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.)
Free local delivery is available for orders over $49 within 20 miles of Marion, IA 52302. Please allow up to 6 hours for delivery. For orders under $49 the flat rate shipping of $9.95 will apply.
Deliveries are made from 9-5 on Mon.-Sun. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of approx. time and day of our arrival.
If you have a preferred day and time and location you would like delivery, we will do our best to accommodate if you email: Cathy@Shelf2Table.com
We do not offer pick ups at our production facility; but if you are traveling in a 20 mile radius of Marion, IA, we can meet at a public location and we will waive your shipping fee after you place your order; on orders over $49. Please send an email where and when you would prefer to meet. Deliveries Mon.-Sun. 9-5 only. Please give up to a 6 hour notice and contact us at: Cathy@Shelf2Table.com.

Sam’s Club – Blair’s Ferry Rd. Cedar Rapids. Directly off I-380.
We apologize. We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time. We will update our website if and when this changes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Cathy@Shelf2Table.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you list a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped by U.S.P.S.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Email Cathy@Shelf2Table.com and we will issue a return label.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Cathy@Shelf2Table.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
