Delicious chicken!
The diced chicken and the chicken fajitas are so good! I add the diced chicken to ramen soup packs with freeze dried veggies, peanut butter, and powdered coconut milk for the perfect backpacking meal. The meat is flavorful, tender with absolutely no gristle or fatty bits (not proud of being a bit picky on this point.) A little goes a long way and really dresses up the meal.

I absolutely love the freezes dried chicken pieces product. My son has soy allergies and cannot have many “quick” meals. He will be a Freshman in college this year, so the typical store bought “ramen dinner” is out. I bought the freeze dried chicken pieces to add to our homemade “ramen seasoning” for a protein option. They work, and taste, GREAT!!! I will definitely be ordering again when he runs out.

I do a lot of camping and taking freeze dried food is simple way to adventure. I have had many different brands and types of freeze dried food....but one night I ran across Shelf 2 Table and placed an order. Was absolutely amazed on how good it was. So many varieties of food and so far all that I have had were excellent. Highly recommend.
