Ingredients: Eggs
Net weight - 2.4 oz.
Pre-Freeze Dried weight - 12 oz
Ingredients - Whole RAW eggs. Citric Acid, 0.15% water added as carrier for citric acid. Citric Acid to preserve color.
*** Allergens & Warnings: This contains RAW eggs.
Add 2 T. water to 2 T egg powder to equal 1 whole egg. Approx. 6 eggs per pkg.
Cook to your preference or add to your recipes just like raw scrambled eggs.
All products are packaged for maximum long-term storage in resealable 7 mil Mylar bags with oxygen absorber. (Remove oxygen absorber after opening)

Unlike a lot of other egg products, freeze drying RAW scrambled eggs cooks and tastes just like regular scrambled eggs after being reconstituted with water. The texture is the same as well! To be honest, I have not tried them yet because they for emergency situations. But I have to say that the customer service is awesome. This is about my 5th order and each time they arrive in perfect condition and way sooner than expected. The packaging is thick and obviously quality material. I hope I never need them but in this crazy world, I probably will.

This is dang good. And it struck me one day this site has all the stuff to make your own breakfast buckets and is cheaper. Pairs with any of the cheese , jalepenos and onions . Took it to a hotel for a fine I'll make my own breakfast moment too.
