Ingredients - Whole RAW eggs. Citric Acid, 0.15% water added as carrier for citric acid. Citric Acid to preserve color.
*** Allergens & Warnings: This contains RAW eggs.
Add 2 T. water to 2 T egg powder to equal 1 whole egg. Approx. 6 eggs per pkg.
Cook to your preference or add to your recipes just like raw scrambled eggs.
All products are packaged for maximum long-term storage in resealable 7 mil Mylar bags with oxygen absorber. (Remove oxygen absorber after opening)

One of the few companies that offer freeze dried eggs versus powdered there is a difference in the longevity of storage. This companies packaging is the best that I have seen high-grade thick Mylar oxygen absorbers that you can tell is done properly very good seal on the Mylar bags. You will not be disappointed with the product you receive.
