Delicious, hard to believe it's freeze dried

Loved this pulled pork, real good flavor and texture. I'd be pleased if I got a plate of this at a local barbecue spot. At a full pound before it's freeze dried the price is very close to what we pay for pulled pork in our area. This is definitely going to be part of my preps.
