Ingredients: Sweet Potatoes aka Yams
Pre-Freeze Dried Weight: 6 oz. Net. Weight: 1.2 oz
Directions: Remove Oxygen Absorber. Hydrate by covering with water for 10 min. then drain excess.
*Shelf life up to 25 years when unopened and stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, at temperatures between 55°F and 72°F.
*Packaged in 7 mil mylar bags with oxygen absorber for long term food storage.

So far I’ve used only one of the freeze-dried vegetables—the simplest to deal with—a sort of test flight. I’ve read the prep for the remaining items, and as soon I detect a bit more courage I will undertake the most demanding of the selections that I received: it’s the Beef Crumble, which I obtained to simplify making prep of my version of BOLOGNESE SAUCE for my favorite pasta. You may have guessed…I’m an amateur in the kitchen, and I’m struggling to graduate from ‘pre-kindygarden’. There’s a likelyhood of my prep of the easier-to-do yams first, though! ……… *BON APPETIT !!* ……….
